Finalise your booking

Once your payment is complete, we’ll add you to the trip’s WhatsApp group. There, we’ll share important info like the packing list, entry requirements, and help with flights if needed. You’ll also be able to ask us any questions you have on there.

We usually do this within a few minutes of receiving your payment, but if we’re running a trip or have limited signal, it might take a few hours. We appreciate your patience :)

Payment options

You can choose to pay for your tour in one of the three following ways:

Make an initial deposit of 10% and:

+ split the remaining amount into monthly payments (50% of the total amount must be paid 120 days before the start of the trip and the remaining balance 75 days before the start of the trip).

+ split the remaining amount into two payments: 40% of the total amount 120 days before the start of the trip and remaining balance 75 days before the start of the trip.
Make one payment of the total amount of the trip’s cost.

Note: Whether you choose to pay a deposit or in full, the payment will have to be made within 7 days from the moment we provide you with a payment link. Only then your spot on the trip can be confirmed. If a trip has a high demand this period will be shortened to 48 hours.
